Beta-carotene issues..
For the past two weeks, I’ve gotten into the habit of eating one small bag of carrot sticks each day, as my “midnight snack”, instead of the obvious junk.. WELL, my fridge went haywire, and now all my carrot sticks are frozen & icy.
& as I’m currently sitting on a bag, trying to thaw them.. I figured I would complain. *sigh*

Anyone else have this issue ?
I can only seem to give my workouts 100% when I’m angry.. I know it’s a healthy outlet for my frustration, but let’s face it.. I really don’t want to be angry every day.

Ok, so two weeks ago, I damaged my tail bone pretty bad [as in: fell down 7 icy cement steps on it] & I haven’t done much of anything, in order to give it a chance to heal. Well, it still hurts intensely.. even just walking up the stairs in my apartment, feels like someone is shoving needles into my lower spine.. but I really need to get back into the game; I gained 3lbs in the last...

Degrassi Jr. High is taking over my life..
Uhmmm… all the episodes are on youtube ?!.. possibly the best and worst thing I’ve ever come across. Gonna be some sleepless nights over here from now on..
